Dr.
Jazz Soda Fountain & Grille, owned and operate by Lebanon residents Paul and Sarah Krumsieg, has been in operation for 8 years.
Come and experience
the flavor of an old time soda fountain. The dreams of Paul and
his wife led them to the circa 1900 Pharmacy in Lebanon, Illinois. Many
hours were spent restoring the soda fountain to its original grandeur.
Their hope was to have a place for people to come sit and enjoy a taste of
the past. Hungry visitors can feast on Chicago Style Hot Dogs, Italian
Roast Beef and Quarter Pound hand-formed burgers. On the lighter side, you
may enjoy a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad.
Dr. Jazz' Suite
Dr. Jazz operates a suite above the soda fountain that has a spacious floor plan consisting of two full bedrooms with two luxury pillow top king size beds, two full bathrooms, and a large living room with an 8' slate pool table, big screen television, and a kitchenette. The suite is perfect for time spent with loved ones or an intimate getaway. Ask about discounts for multiple night stays.
Also available for suite guests is a truly unique experience - Dr. Jazz Soda Jerk School. Soda Jerk School gives you the opportunity to make your favorite ice cream creations behind the soda fountain after hours. Ask about Soda Jerk School when you book your suite stay.

Dr. Jazz is located
in Lebanon, Illinois, which is within a general area often referred to as
the "Metro-East" portion of the Greater Metropolitan St. Louis
area. Lebanon's population is estimated at 3,850. It is also the home of
McKendree College, which is a major influence to the local economy.
